It, therefore, suggests that men are consumed by the celebrity culture that immerses them into a delusional and fantasy world that consequently affects their productivity and performance. Macroeconomics relies on decision-making to influence the economy from a national, global, and regional context. This means men should remain focused on their roles and responsibilities to avoid destroying the economy. Personal grooming is also time-consuming and this interferes with productivity through reduced output within the organization.
